To raise a ticket, simply click on the "Report an Issue" button and provide us with all the necessary details about your request. The team will receive your ticket and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Upon submitting your initial ticket, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to create an account. Although this process is not compulsory, signing in will give you full access to the helpdesk, enabling you to view your ticket history and provide feedback.
Once you raise a ticket, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation, and we'll keep you updated at every stage until the issue is resolved. If you need to provide us with additional information or simply want to request a progress update, you can reply to any of these emails. Our goal is to ensure that you have a smooth and transparent experience while we work to resolve your issue.
During standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), the service desk is continuously monitored. If you encounter an urgent issue outside of these hours, kindly submit a ticket and then contact the out-of-hours on-call number at 07971 860000.
